I became more aware of what the FNE is really about. I had been asked by a member of how he can find his FNE, and was happy that I gave him the insight to find it. The Inspiration that Jill and John give is so comforting to the soul. When I try to hard I cause my own confusion, but when I relax and just focus on the five minute process, I feel my creativity and understanding coming back.
